2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with LotusPing for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us:

- Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]"
- Include: Order number, license key, and reason for refund
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will process the refund through Paddle (our payment processor)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
4. License Key Deactivation
Upon processing of a refund:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You will no longer have access to licensed features
- You may continue using the trial version if desired
5. Refund Amount
All refunds are for the full purchase amount, issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Trial Period
LotusPing includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. Use the trial to evaluate the Software before purchasing.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
